About Me

Welcome to Second Grade!

My name is Danielle Froehlich, and I was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, CA. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminology with an emphasis in Law Enforcement from Fresno State University, and I then obtained my teaching credential and a Master's in Education from the University of La Verne.

I began my teaching career at Columbia Elementary in 1997, primarily teaching second grade. This will be my thirteenth year at Bimat, and I absolutely love it! I spent eight years teaching kindergarten, and I am now beginning my fifth year in second grade.

I am also the proud mother of three boys. My oldest son, Luke, is a senior and plays baseball at Morningside University in Sioux City, Iowa. My middle son, Cash, is a junior at Fresno State, and my youngest, Weston, is starting his first year at Bakersfield College. All of my boys attended Bimat K-6, and I truly appreciate the family atmosphere here. You will experience it as well.

Your child will feel safe and loved in our class, allowing them to freely share their thoughts and ideas. I look forward to an incredible year of learning and growing together. Let's make this year one to remember!
