Hi, I’m Mrs. Garde, the school counselor at Bimat Elementary in the Norris School District. I’m so excited to be starting my second year here and truly feel honored to work with your amazing kids every day.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a deep passion for helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I love working with kids and believe in building strong, supportive relationships with students, families, and staff to create a positive and safe school environment.

As a school counselor, I support students through individual and group counseling, classroom guidance lessons, and collaboration with teachers and families. I help students develop skills in areas such as emotional regulation, friendship-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

My door is always open, whether your child needs someone to talk to, help navigating big feelings, or just a little encouragement. I’m here to support every student in becoming their best self.
